As a mountaineer and eco-tourism advocate from Kathmandu, my family's stay at Grand Hotel was a refreshing oasis during our travels. Situated conveniently on the Cammino di San Benedetto, it was the perfect first stop before heading into Cascia. The hotel's clean and spacious room set a comfortable tone for our stay. Our kids, under three, were thrilled with the outdoor tennis court, which allowed us to enjoy some family time while soaking up the local ambiance. Not to mention, the gentlemen in the restaurant were quite efficient and attentive, making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Exploring the beautiful surrounding towns in Umbria was a highlight for us, adding to our adventure. The health club facilities also provided a nice touch for parents looking to unwind while the kids played safely nearby. In a nutshell, Grand Hotel not only offered us a welcoming atmosphere, but also laid the groundwork for our family adventures in this stunning region. I'd recommend it for families seeking a friendly, inclusive place to stay while exploring.
